These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AL BASMAT MOVIE EQUIPMENT RENTAL L.L.C's Website, located at https://camrental.me/.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use CAMRENTAL if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed after payment and approval of terms and conditions.

A. General :

1. Cancellation Policy 
   1.1 Cancellation within 48 hours of the commencement of the job will incur a charge of 15% of total cost.
   1.2 Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 35% charge.
2. Any addition exceeding the above quoted items will be charged additionally.
3. The Hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits / approvals for the shoot.
4. The status of availability may change in the period between sending the quotation and the client’s written confirmation.
5. Overtime will be charged additionally.
6. A valid Passport / Emirates ID is required.

B. Equipment :

1. Please inform us if you intend to film in or around water.
2. Removal of CamRental stickers is strictly prohibited.
3. Clients must inform us immediately regarding any damaged or stolen equipment.
4. The Hire Period will be calculated from the date the equipment leaves CamRental premises.
5. The Hirer is liable for the full replacement value of any damaged or stolen equipment.
6. CamRental reserves the right to provide equivalent equipment models to those specified in the quotation.
7. CamRental will not be responsible for equipment failure due to third-party negligence, external interference, or acts of nature.
8. The Hirer is responsible for providing security services in cases where CamRental equipment is left overnight in public areas.
9. Outbound equipment from CamRental is the client's responsibility. Clients are responsible for using and storing equipment in a safe operational environment and must not use or store it in hazardous conditions such as rain, sand storms, fire, etc.
10. Insurance on set for equipment and crew is the liability of the client.
11. Overtime, consumables, and extras will be added to the invoice on the last shooting day.
