1. Required Documents for Rental

To ensure a smooth rental process, we require the following documents as part of the rental agreement:

  • Passport Copy
  • Valid Visa (minimum 6 months validity)

These documents will be kept as a deposit and will be returned to you once the rented equipment is returned in its original condition.

2. Rental Period

We offer flexible rental durations depending on your project needs. You can choose the rental period that best fits your schedule, whether it's for a single day, a week, or longer. Simply select the dates that work best for you when booking.

3. Payment & Fees

Rental fees must be paid in full prior to the delivery of the equipment. Payment can be made through various methods, and details will be provided during the booking process. Rental fees are calculated based on the type of equipment and the rental duration.

4. Equipment Delivery

Once your reservation and payment are confirmed, CAM RENTALS will arrange for the delivery of your equipment directly to your specified location in Dubai or across the UAE. We ensure fast and reliable delivery so you can focus on your project without any delays.

5. Equipment Return

The equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return date. If additional time is needed, please inform us in advance to avoid late fees. Any damage or loss of equipment will be assessed, and the appropriate charges for repair or replacement will apply.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please let us know at least [X] days before the rental start date. Cancellations made within [X] days will incur a cancellation fee.

7. Insurance & Equipment Care

While you’re renting our equipment, you are responsible for ensuring it’s used properly and remains in good condition. We recommend taking out your own insurance for the rented equipment to cover any unforeseen damage, loss, or theft. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will be held liable for the full cost of repairing or replacing any equipment that is damaged or lost during the rental period.

Our team will ensure that the equipment is thoroughly inspected and fully functional before delivery. We also provide detailed instructions on how to handle and care for the gear. If you have any questions about using the equipment, our customer support team is available to assist you.

8. Late Returns

If the equipment is not returned by the agreed return date, a late fee of [X] AED per day will be charged. If the equipment is not returned within [X] days after the scheduled return date, we reserve the right to take further action, including additional charges or legal steps to recover the equipment.

If you foresee that you need extra time, please let us know at least [X] hours/days before the return date so we can extend your rental duration and avoid penalties.

9. Damage & Loss Policy

By renting equipment from CAM RENTALS, you agree to be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss, you will be charged based on the repair or replacement cost. The following will apply:

  • Minor Damage: If the equipment is repairable, you will be charged for the cost of repairs.
  • Total Loss or Major Damage: If the equipment is lost, stolen, or cannot be repaired, you will be charged the full replacement cost.

Please handle all rented gear with care, and notify us immediately if any issues arise during your rental period.

10. Booking Confirmation & Delivery Process

Once your booking is complete and payment has been received, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining all the details of your rental. This confirmation will include:

  • The equipment you’ve rented
  • Rental duration
  • Delivery and pickup dates
  • Payment receipt

Our team will deliver the equipment to the address you’ve provided, ensuring that everything is ready for use upon arrival. If you need assistance with setup or equipment usage, our team is happy to provide support.

11. Returns Process

To return the equipment, you can either:

  • Drop it off at our designated return location (if applicable), or
  • Schedule a pickup with our team at your convenience.

Please ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as they were delivered to avoid any additional charges.
